In business since 1995, she has consulting clients nationwide and speaks at conferences across the world. With a Ph.D. in Conflict Resolution and a Masters in Organizational Psychology and years of success in organization development, she brings an understanding of people and what makes them work best together.

Her unique process, The Working Circle®, is an 8-step non-confrontational method of resolving conflict. It combines eastern and western methods and theories. People who use it are amazed at how much easier resolving conflict can be.
