How can I have employees that are loyal to our organization?

Employees that are loyal work harder, give more, and are more likely to demonstrate initiative. How do you build loyalty? It really is quite easy:

1 -- Tell them the truth.  If you can't tell them all, explain what you can.

2 -- Set up internal cooperation and not destructive competition. Employees can be competitive, as long as you make sure they are all working towards the same goals.

3 -- Assume, "no secrets." In this way, you can be as consistent with your employee practices as possible.

4 -- If you ask employees their opinions, respond to what they have to say, even if it is that you disagree.
