All teams experience conflict. Conflict can be destructive or constructive. When it is destructive, the team is so involved in the conflict, the team members are not focused on meeting organizational goals. When conflict is constructive, team members participate in collaborative problem-solving: conflict becomes an opportunity for improved relations and processes. 

This course enables team leaders and managers to facilitate conflict resolution by providing an incredible 8-step process, The Working Circle. The team leader works with his/her team members, allowing them to resolve their differences. Teams develop a common language for resolving conflict, and learn how to make more comprehensive decisions.

This course teaches managers how to resolve conflicts with others as well as how to mediated conflicts within their teams.
